    Miko Construction is pleased to showcase our project at Nine Elms Riverside Court 20 Penthouse. Referred to us by a previous client, the property owner needed urgent assistance after being left with incomplete work by another contractor. While we typically avoid taking over unfinished projects, we couldn’t leave the client in such a situation.

    We carried out a full refurbishment of the penthouse, including a new kitchen, bathrooms, utility room, complete electrical and plumbing upgrades, air conditioning installation, and a state-of-the-art smart home system with underfloor heating throughout. Despite the challenges, we successfully delivered a fully finished, luxurious home in time for the client and his family to move in before Christmas.

  • Bulstrode Park in Buckinghamshire is to
    become an exclusive luxury hotel at the very
    top end of the market. Acquired by a private
    investor in 2017 the budget remains to be confirmed.

    Bulstrode is a nineteenth century mansion in
    the Gothic Style dating from 1865. The property
    has recently been acquired with the intention of
    converting the existing house for use as a luxury
    hotel.

    Bulstrode is a substantial Grade II listed
    building set in parkland which is separately
    listed Grade II. The property has a significant
    history and the current mansion is the fourth of
    a succession of houses on this site. Our ambition
    is to create a luxury Country House Hotel with
    all the ancillary facilities and amenities
    expected by the market.

    The completed project
    will sit in the context of a number of famous
    luxury hotels in the area such as Cliveden, Stoke
    Park, Coworth Park and The Grove.

    bank of the Thames it consists of 137
    apartments ranging from 1 to 2 and three
    bedrooms including two penthouses that one
    sold for 4.9 million, built in 2017, main
    construction material is made of steel and the
    main contractor was Barratts London, also
    adding a additional 604 sq m on the ground
    floor for commercial space. The project also
    included 30 carparks in the basement and 182
    cycle space.

    Miko construction assisted in
    maintenance and alterations and carrying out a full refurbishment to a private client in one of the penthouses.
